Scheduling Adjustment

In light of an anonymous call for a march the same evening as the fair, we are ending the book fair early and beginning the dance party late to accommodate those who may wish to attend this march. We are asking tablers to begin cleaning up at 6pm with the hopes of being done by 6:30pm. The dance party start time has been pushed back to 10pm.

Volunteers Needed

If you’re interested in helping out at the book fair, especially at the entrance/welcome table or as a child care volunteer, please get in touch with us at phillyanarchistbookfair[at]gmail[dot]com  Thanks!

Updates

We now have a donation button in the side bar, and some updates on the ‘Things We Need’ page.

Very soon we will be sharing our official posters, our safer space policy, and a statement condemning the alleged violence of a former book fair organizer.

Poster Submissions Wanted

For the first time in recent memory Philadelphia will be hosting an Anarchist Book Fair and we want to advertise and commemorate the occasion with a poster.

It must contain the following: Philadelphia Anarchist Book Fair, Saturday August 23rd, 2014, at the Rotunda, 4014 Walnut, 11am-7pm.

So email us your 300dpi (print level resolution) digital submissions to phillyanarchistbookfair [at] gmail [dot] com, or deliver physical submissions to PABF ℅ The Wooden Shoe 704 South St Philadelphia, PA.  We cannot, at this time, guarantee the return of any artwork, unfortunately.

Submissions are due by June 15th at midnight.

Just beginning to set up the website, please bear with us!
